Sleep & Go Brussels Expo Hotel

Very helpful staff! Peaceful and quiet location, rooms exactly as per pictures = no disappointments. Very clean rooms, hot shower our stay was perfect! Special thanks to Hamza at the reception helped us navigate our journey to attractions and also kept for us our luggage safely after check-out as our flight was later in the evening free of charge. Amazing hospitality, in my opinion the hotel needs a better rating on this app! Only downside is that it's abit far from the city centre but easily accessible by 10mins walk to the tram or 20min walk to the metro!

The price is great compared to the other hotels. One thing that made our stay extra amazing was the lovely reception lady working there. She was suuuuuper kind and lovely, she went out of her way to help us send our luggage back home. She helped me call DHL using her own phone and she attended my luggage. She was such a kind hearted person and she made our stay wonderful! Super! I really appreciate her and her welcoming energy. Thank you!

The room was quite spacious and toilet was clean and filled with all amenities except hair dryer which was not working but thank god we had ours so we used that one. The staff was very kind and generous.

Although the location probably a bit outskirts of Brussels City Centre, the location is very peaceful. Suitable for traveller who wants to avoid crowds. The check in and check out process was very seamless. The hotel room was very spacious and clean.
